Create products – Ka-ching A/S

Click on ‘Products’ on the left side of the back office to create a new product. Then press ‘Add new Product’ at the bottom of the page.
A new window will show. Enter the product ID under ‘Identifier’
This number corresponds to the product’s item number and will be visible in the POS under the product title.
Click ‘Create’ to continue the creation of a new product
When clicking ‘Create’ without having entered an ID, the system will autogenerate a product ID.
Enter the title of the product under ‘Name’
It’s possible to add an image of the product under ‘Image’
This will be the photo shown in the product grid in the POS.
The barcode of the product is entered under ‘Bar Code’
A description of the product can be added under ‘Description’. This description will be shown in the POS.
The price of the product is entered under ‘Retail Price’
1. If no price is entered, the product’s price will be dynamical. See ‘Dynamical prices'
It’s possible to add a sales price of the product under ‘Sales Price’
Enter the cost price (exclusive of VAT) under ‘Cost Price’
The product’s VAT rate is chosen at ‘Taxes’
To create different VAT and tax definition, see ‘Create VAT or tax definitions’
If no VAT rate is chosen, the standard VAT of the chosen market will be used
It’s possible to add variants to the product under ‘Add/Edit Product Variants’.

Under ‘Groups’, it’s possible to choose the product group the product should be a part of.
NB! The product group has to be created for the product to be a part of it.

Add attributes to the product by opening the menu and tick off the wanted attributes. When an attribute is added, a value that describes the product’s attribute has to be added as well. This value is added by clicking on the menu next to the concerning attribute under ‘Values’. Click then on the wanted value. An attribute can be deleted by clicking on the red cross next to the concerning attribute. The added attributes will be visible in a table under the product information in POS.
NB! The attributes and their values have to be created in order to be added to the product. See 'Create product attributes'
Chose one or more categories to add to the products under ‘Tags’ by opening the menu and tick off the wanted categories.
You can delete an added category by clicking on the red cross next to the concerning category. By adding a category to the product, the product can be found under this category when chosen in POS.
NB! The category has to be created in order for it to be added to a product. See ‘Create tags’
The gallery makes it possible to add multiple pictures to the product. This picture gallery will be visible when clicking on the product image under product information in POS. Click on 'Edit assets', upload the pictures and click 'Done' to end
It's possible to add a video to the product description in TAS mode. This is done by clicking 'Edit assets' next to 'Video' and past in a YouTube or Vimeo embed URL. End by clicking 'Done'.
You can add documents to the product description in TAS mode by clicking 'Edit assets' next to 'Document'. Upload the wanted PDF document and click 'Done'
Under ‘Channels’, the channels where the product should be available is chosen. For the product to be available in POS, click off ‘POS’
Choose the markets where the product should be available under ‘Markets’.
NB! If nothing else is created, the Danish market is chosen beforehand. To add more markets, see ‘Create markets
End the creation of the product by clicking ‘Publish'
