Settings for POS

By accessing POS settings it is possible to make a number of choices.

App Mode

A page will appear from where you can change the mode of you register from POS(Point of Sale) to TAS(Tablet Assisted Selling). See 'TAS mode' for a guide on how to activate TAS mode. 

Finish off by pressing ‘Done’ when you have chosen the right mode.

Select Language

Choose the language you want your register to operate by. It is possible to choose from 13 languages, but Danish is pre-selected.

Setup printers

It is possible to connect a printer, so you are able to print receipts for the customer.

Show log files

Use this function when calling for support.

Log out

Press ‘Log out’ in order to sign out of POS. You will be guided towards the ‘sign in’ page, from where you can sign in with the same or another account. 

Vælg sprog

Vælg her det sprog, POS skal have. Der kan vælges mellem 13 sprog, og dansk er forhåndsvalgt.


 

Printeropsætning

Det er her muligt at tilkoble en printer, så du kan printe kvitteringer ud til kunderne.

MobilePay konfigurationer

PayEx konfiguration

Når en PayEx kortterminal skal konfigureres med Ka-ching POS, skal terminalens IP adresse indtastes her. 

PayEx operationer

Her er det muligt at se den sidste korttransaktion der er lavet på PayEx terminalen. 

Log ud

Trykker du på ‘Log ud’, bliver du logget af POS. Du vil så blive ledt hen til log ind siden, hvor du har mulighed for at logge ind med en anden bruger.
